Leadership Committees

Leadership Committees

Operating functions are managed and executed by Leadership Committees. Number of “Management Committees” can vary with need and operational requirements. Management committees can be enhanced/reduced based on need and operational optimization. Following Leadership committees are serving to meet IILM objectives.

Fund raising and fund management committee

Internal Communications

Communicate programs and announcements of IILM on all media (web, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other digital media).
Update and enhance IILM web and other digital media.
Develop mechanisms to communicate IILM and school programs.

External Communications and Public Relations

Shall be the spokesperson, representative, and correspondent for IILM except for religious affairs.
Act as external liaison for IILM.
Develop external relationships.

External Relationship Management

Operations

Execute and manage functions held at IILM.
Manage and maintain IILM assets used in functions.
Manage and maintain IILM facilities.

Programs

Prepare annual list of programs.
Prepare budget.
Develop annual speaker roster.

Seminars Inter / Intrafaith Programs

Prepare annual list of programs and seminars.

IILM Islamic Sunday School

Manage Sunday school curriculum.
Parent-Teacher relationship management.
Develop activities relevant to religious days.
Plan fundraising activities.
Prepare annual budget.

Summer School

Plan summer school activities.
Execute and manage summer school plan.
Maintain and Manage.
Reserve summer school facilities.

Sports

Plan and execute sports programs both for adults and youth.
Arrange and manage competitive activities.
Manage gym schedule.
Maintain gym facilities.
Prepare annual budget.

Entrepreneurship Development

Networking activities between entrepreneurs and seekers.
Plan and execute seminars on related topics.
Plan and execute education on related topics.
Introduce available opportunities to seekers.
Support development of mentors and mentees.

Professional Development

Identify areas of upcoming professions with good job prospects Provide courses to enhance professional development.
Plan recruiting events with corporations.
Assist with or have resume writing classes.
Interview techniques training.

Women Empowerment and Affairs

Represent and bring attention about women issues.
Develop and execute programs for women empowerment.
Co-ordinate Events with Ladies.
Co-ordinate events with other teams including and not limited to operations, programs etc.

IILM Strategic Development

Identify and execute future IILM services.
Develop budget.
Develop and execute implementation program.
Operationalize activities/services.

Burial and Last Rites

Immediate Arrangements including body pickup, transportation, storage and notifications.
Preparation (Ghusl) and Kafnof the Body.
Funeral Prayer (Janazah).
Burial Arrangements including grave preparation, transportation and burial.
Majalis for Eisaal-e-sawab.
Managing burial insurance program.
Support for the Bereaved Family.

Senior Citizen Services

Needs Assessment:Conduct assessments to identify the needs of senior citizens in the community. This includes understanding their health, housing, social, and emotional needs.
Program Development:Develop and implement programs and services that address the identified needs. These may include health screenings, social events, educational workshops, and transportation services.
Outreach and Education:Raise awareness about available services and resources for seniors.
Provide educational materials on topics such as health, safety, and financial planning.
Collaboration:Collaborate with other community organizations, healthcare providers, and volunteers to enhance services.
Work closely with local senior centers, nursing homes, and hospitals.
Volunteer Coordination:Recruit, train, and manage volunteers who assist with senior programs.
Recognize and appreciate volunteers for their contributions.
Fundraising and Donations:Organize fundraising events to support senior programs.
Seek donations from individuals, businesses, and grants.
Advise and Support:Provide guidance to seniors and their families on available resources.
Support seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
