Extensive management and teaching experience both in Montessori and early education schools. Special focus on Language & Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science. Lead, managed and implemented processes and procedures for effective school management.
Academic Dean:
- Leading the academic programs and curriculum development.
- Ensuring alignment of curriculum with educational standards and best practices.
- Providing professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance instructional practices.
- Monitoring student progress and academic performance.

- Head of Sunday School is the chief executive officer of the school. Head oversees all aspects of school operations, including academics, discipline, and staff management. Their responsibilities include setting the school’s vision, implementing policies, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Developing, managing budget and resources.
- Measuring and reporting ‘Key Performance Indicators (KPI)’
- Evaluating staff performance.
- Building relationships with parents, community members, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and educational standards.

Administrator:
- The Administrator assists the Head in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
- Acting as the Head’s delegate in their absence.
- Handling disciplinary issues and student behavior management
- Supporting professional development initiatives for staff
- Serving as an instructional leader by providing guidance and support to teachers.
- Managing administrative tasks such as enrollment, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Handling communication with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Head with clerical and logistical tasks.
