Academic Dean:

  • Leading the academic programs and curriculum development.
  • Ensuring alignment of curriculum with educational standards and best practices.
  • Providing professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance instructional practices.
  • Monitoring student progress and academic performance.
  • Collaborating with department heads and teachers to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Implementing assessment strategies to measure student achievement and program effectiveness.

 

Head of Sunday School:

  • Head of Sunday School is the chief executive officer of the school. Head oversees all aspects of school operations, including academics, discipline, and staff management. Their responsibilities include setting the school’s vision, implementing policies, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
  • Developing, managing budget and resources.
  • Measuring and reporting ‘Key Performance Indicators (KPI)’
  • Evaluating staff performance.
  • Building relationships with parents, community members, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and educational standards.

 

Administrator:

  • The Administrator assists the Head in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Acting as the Head’s delegate in their absence.
  • Handling disciplinary issues and student behavior management
  • Supporting professional development initiatives for staff
  • Serving as an instructional leader by providing guidance and support to teachers.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as enrollment, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Handling communication with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Head with clerical and logistical tasks.
  • Managing school facilities and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Assisting with budgeting, procurement, and financial management.
  • Providing administrative support during school events and activities.

 

Parent-Teacher Association:

  • Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and the school.
  • Organize events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Promote community engagement, partnerships, and resources.

 

  • Extracurricular Activity:
  • Oversees clubs, sports teams, and other extracurricular activities. They ensure a diverse range of opportunities for students beyond the classroom.
  • Manage sports programs, schedules, coaches, and facilities

 

Fundraising:

  • Responsible for fundraising efforts. They organize events, grant applications, and donor relations to secure financial support for the school.
  • Develop fundraising targets in working with the Head
  • Work closely with the Head to ensure financial stability.

 

Teachers:

  • Planning and delivering instruction in accordance with curriculum standards and school policies.
  • Assessing student learning and providing feedback.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
