Welcome To The IILM

As the name suggests, our organization, IILM (KNOWLEDE). is a resource for learning, obtaining and promoting knowledge about Islam. IILM being short for,Institute of Islamic Learning in Metroplex (IILM) is a religious institution catering to Shia Muslims in North Texas Area. This institution is a 501 c 3 organization was formed in February of 2004. We also have Ijaza for Khums.

While catering to the religious needs of the community, IILM is a very open and community oriented approach to its services. At the core of its belief is to reflect true teaching of Islam while being a contributing and constructive member of the Community. It has joined hands across inter-faith basis with several religious and non-religious organizations. These partnerships have resulted in promoting and delivering charitable services including health, educational and dialogue for enhancing mutual relations and understanding.

In addition to offering traditional services like daily prayers and Muharram/Ramadan services, IILM offer multi-purpose education and resource center to serve the religious, educational and social needs of the community.
