Mr Asif Effendi has a broad experience in cybersecurity and mechanical engineering. During this time, he served in various engineering and leadership roles with Fortune 50 companies serving US and global customers.

His industry experience has included development of strategic plans for investment in energy sectors as well as hands-on approach to energy operations (transportation, storage) as well as related audits, mechanical designs, SCADA systems and compliance. Mr Effendi has also successfully launched several companies. These focused on several areas including energy modeling, software development, energy audits and system designs.

GSM/ UMTS, CDMA2000 1x and CDMA EV-DO, NGN (2G, 3G and 4G) Wireless IP network architecture and Access products upgrading. Extensive national and International experience with world class companies

Mr Abbas is a veteran in sales, marketing, business development and R&D. He is an Entrepreneurand an accomplished corporate executive.

In his career he has been responsible for P&L management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations. Syed has successfully launched several corporations which have been recognized for grant and awards. These corporations primarily focused on investment recommendation for start-up services providers, strategic planning, product sales, marketing, biz Dev, R&D, etc He has also developed systems for remote access and connectivity, distribution, alignment of producers and marketers through common interchange platform for ebusiness.

He has worked extensively in defining the market and technology needed for large mobile operators.

Rashad Ali has launched many successful venture some of them have gone through acquisitions by Fortune 50 companies.

Rashad strongly supports entrepreneurial ventures in the Dallas area. Rashad has served on the board of various corporations.
