IILM Protocols an Guidelines for Muharram during COVID-19
Please follow the following guidelines :
. Register online to attend in-person majalis.
. Please Don’t bring elderly people (over 65 years), Kids (under 10 years) and individuals with underlying health conditions.
. If you feels at all uncomfortable about joining in person, we encourage you to stay at home and follow the Live IILM TV online transmission.
. Please Sign and attendance sheet with your name and phone number.
. Please get temperature checked at entrance.
• Please practice Social distancing by maintaining appropriate distance. Stay at least 6 feet apart (about 2 arms’ length) from other people
. Please sanitize your hands at entrance.
• Mask is REQUIRED at all times at IILM. Please bring a mask and wear it over your mouth and nose. Please do not remove your mask at any time during your stay. In case, you do not have a mask, it will be provided at $1 per mask at the entrance.
• Please do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth
• Please take a seat on a chair and do not move your chair from its spot and sit on the marked spots on floor.
• Clean and disinfect your chair before and after use.
• Please bring your own sanitizer.
• No eating or drinking is allowed at any time
• Please use the bathroom for urgent use only and clean the tap knob and any other surface you touch
• Please package the tabarruk at home
• Please go home as soon as the majalis is over
• Please trash any garbage in the trash can
• Stay home if you are sick
• Please bring the following: Quran taqeebat, Mohar, and
prayer mat (Musalla)
. Please perform Wadhoo at Home.
• Please maintain good hygiene by washing your hands frequently, using hand sanitizer, using your elbow to cover coughs and not touching your face.
. Please Clean and disinfect areas frequently.
